Contest is open to all Seabrook Beach Civic Association members Contestants may enter a maximum of three categories Location of entry must be in the Seabrook Beach District Address of entry must be clearly posted and visible from the street
Judging will begin on August 1, 2011 Winners will be announced at the SBCA meeting August 16, 2011
